6 Month Warranty
Luxe Leather's general warranty encompasses manufacturing and craftsmanship defects for all our products.
This warranty excludes coverage for any damage or deformation resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, it does not apply to any discoloration of the leather and/or hardware that occurs over time.
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchase must have been made through our official website. Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. Without these, your claim cannot be processed under our warranty. We invite you to reach out to our dedicated Customer Services Team by emailing info@luxeleather.com with your claim details and photographs highlighting the issue.
Accepted warranty claims will result in the replacement of the item, with the warranty period beginning from the original date of purchase.
Personalisation Warranty
Each personalised product is meticulously finished by hand, and we recognize that imperfections in the personalisation may occasionally occur.
Our Personalisation Warranty covers only those instances where the stamping does not meet our quality standards. Should you receive a product with a defective stamp, please contact our Client Services Team immediately.
You must report any defects within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note, defective items will be replaced or credited for in-store use; refunds are not provided for personalisation issues.
Be aware that with time and use, personalised monograms may fade. This outcome is considered normal wear and tear and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
